Mila Homes is expanding its Rentals Division
Seeking motivated, client-focused Rental Agents to join our growing team. This is a rental-specific role, ideal for professionals who understand the Costa del Sol rental market and enjoy working with international clients in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage long-term and short-term rental listings
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations
- Source tenants, negotiate terms, and support contract coordination
- Work closely with the Rentals Director to maximize occupancy and performance
- Deliver a high-touch, professional experience to landlords and tenants
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Fluent English required (Spanish and additional languages are a strong plus)
- Experience in residential rentals (Costa del Sol experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Professional, reliable, and results-driven
