Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, his background in property development laid the foundation for a career defined by adaptability, resilience, and an instinct for identifying opportunity in shifting market conditions.
His move into the Costa del Sol market was driven by a clear vision—to reimagine the real estate experience in Marbella through a more dynamic, internationally minded approach. Recognising the region’s untapped potential during a period of market transition, Sebastian positioned Mila Homes to serve a new generation of global buyers seeking both lifestyle and investment value.
Known for his high-energy leadership style and solution-oriented thinking, Sebastian approaches challenges with a perspective that prioritises creativity, speed, and execution. He often credits his ADHD as a strategic advantage, enabling him to operate with intensity, think laterally, and navigate complex scenarios with clarity and momentum.
As Director, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth, remaining closely involved across all areas of the business—from deal-making and client relationships to project oversight and team development.
